Cable Sweater for coffee mug

For those blustery days when even your coffee (or cocoa!) needs a bit of help staying warm, button your mug into this twee-sized cardigan. Complete with sleeves and cables, you’re sure to have the most stylish beverage at the party.

The mug sweater is worked flat. A garter stitch placket is worked on each selvedge edge with button holes on the right placket so that the sweater can be removed for washing. Sleeves are worked separately, then stuffed and sewn to body.
